Log into your Fashion.sa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
